This is the age old question. While I completely understand the desire to know this answer, I cannot guarantee a certain time frame in advance. However, I can say that my goal for clients is to ultimately get them out of treatment so that they can essentially "become their own therapist" and navigate their life challenges independently.

Sessions take place weekly for 50 minutes. The consistency of the sessions taking place weekly, in my experience, moves the therapy along. Each week we will build on the previous week's session and continue to make progress.
Yes, absolutely. When a child/teenager is being seen for therapy, we will collaborate together to determine how many sessions your child/teenager needs, how many sessions you, as a parent, might like to have, as well as how many sessions would be beneficial to conduct together. In this way, we can come up with the best and most effective approach to treatment.

My physical office is located in Boca Raton, Florida. There I provide both in person and remote sessions. I am also licensed in New York and provide remote sessions for individuals/families who are currently located in New York.
